You’ll strengthen how our employer brand shows up internally and externally, making sure our story is clear, authentic, and truly ours. Social media is a key part of your day: think engagement rate, impressions, CPC, reach, and follower growth. We don’t follow trends for the sake of it. With a wide variety of tasks comes from working at a large and fast‑paced organisation, this role gives you the chance to make a real difference and help position Tipico as an employer of choice. Your playing field: Execute our Employer Branding and social media plan, working closely with the Employer Branding Manager, TA, Marketing, and Communications to keep our message consistent. You will create content end‑to‑end: concepts, scripts, filming, and editing to deliver stories that are engaging and on brand. Design visuals, graphics, and videos that strengthen our employer brand across all channels and help us stand out. Support managing the content portfolio and calendar, contributing to campaigns that attract and engage the talent we want on our team. You will maintain our Careers websites and help build new pages, ensuring information is always accurate and easy to navigate. You track and shape the reporting on campaign and brand performance, sharing insights that help us improve and be better than we were yesterday. Support with events - job fairs, meetups, university collaborations, showing candidates who we are and how we work. Qualifications Which skills you should bring to the pitch Experience. You have a background as Employer Branding, Online Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Content Creation, or Social Media Marketing. Creator. You have experience taking ideas from kickoff to final whistle, owning the full content journey. Visual expert. Strong Photoshop and video‑editing skills, you know how to turn ideas into assets that stand out. Storyteller. You have strong verbal and written skills and can create messages people remember. Organiser. Fast pace? Multiple projects?— You keep projects moving. Analytical. You read data, recognise patterns, spot trends, and use insights to push performance further. Collaborator. You work closely with different teams, combining strengths to deliver meaningful results. Languages. English is our daily language, so fluency is essential.
