Job Title Employer Branding & Talent Marketing Intern Job Description Supporting our talent marketing and employer brand promotion activities, as well as local talent marketing activities. Localizing global content for the regional market, adapting campaigns and relevant content for different segments. Creating and curating content on key social media platforms, career site, and other relevant touchpoints through creative storytelling leveraging employee advocacy, stories, and multimedia. Supporting the promotion of hiring activities such as career fairs, hackathons, and local internship programs. You are a part of A creative, passionate, and results-oriented global Employer Branding & Talent Marketing team, with the freedom to concentrate on locally relevant and meaningful solutions. We are part of the broader Talent Services team for Philips and are passionate about identifying, attracting, and acquiring exceptional and diverse talent in order to support our purpose to make life better for people around the world. You will also collaborate with the local Brand communications and Digital team to share resources and align on brand identity and execution requirements. Based in Bangalore, you will sit together with our Talent teams. To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following: Experience with creative platforms, for example, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing, and social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook Collaborating with local stakeholders, leveraging employee advocacy and assets while ensuring compliance with the local Brand, Communications & Digital team. Supporting local content creation (e.g. employee-generated videos, testimonials, visuals for social media) Effective communicator, both verbally and written Great team player who is eager to learn Able to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams #LI-DNI
