EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT OFFICER

Hours: Fixed Term Contract for 6 months
Salary: £40,000 pro rota
Location: Hybrid - 2 days working from HQ in Slough
Are you passionate about education, and used to attending and arranging events, liaising at C suite level? The Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce is looking for someone to join the team for a fixed period.
The Employer Engagement Officer is an effective key account management facing role, providing essential leadership for business engagement and relationship management. Our successful candidate will engage with project team members, employers and key stakeholders and training providers across the Thames Valley.
You will work alongside the TVCC team to obtain commitment from employers to actively engage in the Local Skills Improvement Plan project.
You will be a good communicator, used to presenting, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about training and development and used to talking and influencing key decision makers. You will need your own transport (expenses will be paid).
The role encompasses the Thames Valley, including both Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
