We are currently seeking an Employer Solutions Manager for our Justice team in the North East. To identify, engage and manage new relationships with public and private sector employer organisations with the aim of securing sustainable employment opportunities for participants

EXPERIENCE WORKING IN EMPLOYABILITY OR JUSTICE IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.

Whilst we welcome those with lived experience, this role requires an enhanced DBS check. As we wait for background checks to be completed, you’ll have opportunities to shadow your colleagues, ask questions, and learn the ropes.

Responsibilities
  • Employability Support: 121 support for participants to uncover job goals, promote job readiness and support with applications and interviews.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with prison teams to arrange employer events, job fairs, and promote training programmes that support participants’ rehabilitation and employment prospects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships with Employers, Employer groups, Participants, Local Authorities, DWP and other stakeholders as required.
  • Compliance: Ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements.
