What You’ll Do:
The Employment and Learning Services Manager will be responsible for the oversight of all employment service contracts. This will include maintaining and improving contract performance, submitting required funding reports, and overseeing all budgets.
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
· Manage all employment and learning related contract performance measures
· Track performance on all deliverables and provide corrective action when appropriate
· Lead and support the Employment Team
· Assist and resolve day-to-day client issues
· Oversee case management workload and staffing
· Conduct weekly meetings
· Complete metrics, monthly and quarterly reports for all contracts
· Review curriculum and content of current programming
· Prepare departmental and organizational budgets and forecasts
· Review and reconcile all operating budgets
· Assist with client and program recruitment
· Maintain a growth and continuous improvement approach to client services
WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams and working with people with disabilities and barriers to employment. You will possess a post-secondary degree/diploma plus have a minimum of three (5) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Intermediate to advanced level Excel and proficiency with Word and Outlook
· Flexible, adaptable, and willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done in a team-oriented culture
· Have exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
· Be organized, self-motivated, committed to quality, detail and results-oriented
