EMPLOYMENT COACH - SUPPORT EMPLOYMENT SERVICE
22 hours per week (Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesday)
FTE 27,804.61p.a.
Maidenhead (RBWM) Berkshire.
Do you have what it takes to engage with, enable and support people to achieve sustained employment that meets their aspirations and goals? We are looking for a dynamic, organised and self-motivated person to support individuals with learning disabilities and Autistic people.
As an Employment Coach you will play a vital role in increasing employment opportunities, breaking down barriers and promoting inclusion in the workplace. You will need to be creative, adaptable and driven to make meaningful impact on people’s lives.
As an Employment Coach you will proactively work with clients to develop their employment skills, both in practically in our gardening and cleaning programmes as well as in office settings. This will include supporting clients in discovering their employment skills and abilities, identifying bespoke employment opportunities and pathways, preparing for interviews, travel training and enable empowering decision making for clients.
With over 24 years’ experience, you will join a team with a proven track record of enabling our clients to fulfil their employment potential. We have a vast amount of local and national employer contacts, and you can be part of growing the number, increasing exposure and generating sustainable, purposeful and impactful employment opportunities.
