You’ll provide one-on-one support, career counselling, and coaching to individuals facing barriers to employment. You’ll help clients explore options, build resumes, prepare for interviews, and connect with training or job opportunities. Key Responsibilities Conduct client intake, assessment, and case management Develop and monitor individualized employment and return-to-work action plans Deliver employment counselling using approaches such as motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care Maintain accurate case notes and reports as required by Integrated Employment Services (IES) Collaborate with community partners and refer clients to appropriate resources About You Fully bilingual (French and English) – verbal and written Passionate about helping others succeed in their career goals Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Proficient with MS Office and case management systems (e.g., CaMS, CaseFLO, CATS) Education and Experience Post-secondary diploma/degree in Career and Work Counselling, Social Services, or a related field Minimum 1 year of direct experience in employment or career counselling Career Development Practitioner certification (CCDP) or working toward it — asset Experience supporting vulnerable populations using client-centred approaches — asset Additional Information 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday (occasional evenings or weekends may be required) Office-based position (Cornwall) Neat, professional appearance (business casual) Must maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy standards How to Apply Please submit your resume by December 1, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
