What You’ll Bring Experience in occupational rehabilitation, or return-to-work support (preferred). Solid understanding of injury management, vocational assessments, employment pathways, and client-led goal setting. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust with clients, employers, healthcare providers and insurers. Strong problem-solving capability and confidence navigating complex return-to-work situations. The ability to motivate, encourage and guide clients toward sustainable employment and long-term independence.
