What You’ll Do Support clients in identifying and achieving employment goals through person-centered planning Build strong relationships with employers to create inclusive job opportunities Coach clients in work readiness, social, and self-advocacy skills Facilitate referrals, intakes, and vocational assessments Support job starts with on-site training for clients and employers Collaborate with families, educators, funders, and community partners Pay & Benefits Full salary range for this position is $26.50 - $31.25 per hour. Upper end of the range allows for growth over time. Medical/Vision, dental, and life insurance coverage at low premium cost to employees. Dependent coverage available at employee cost. 403(b) retirement plan, with up to a 6% company match dependent on contributions. (Match available after one year of employment). Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends based on client needs. Please note, this is not a remote position. Requirements Ability and desire to work respectfully with people with disabilities. Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, orally and in writing. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals from a variety of backgrounds. High school diploma or equivalent. Personal use of a vehicle, with proper insurance coverage due to variances in client work hours and worksites. Driver’s license with favorable driving record.
