We’re looking for an Employment Coordinator in the Northland Region to support people with health conditions, illness, or disabilities into sustainable employment, training and development opportunities. You will be based in Whangarei. What you’ll be doing | He aha tāu e mahi ana As an Employment Coordinator, your focus is on: • Working alongside Case Managers to understand client strengths and aspirations• Supporting clients with CV development, interview preparation, and pre-employment checks• Connecting with employers and providers to match clients into the right opportunities• Promoting your clients’ potential and working with them to overcome employment barriers• Providing post-placement support to ensure long-term success• Contributing to local and regional employment strategies This is a hands-on role where your ability to influence, build trust, and deliver outcomes will make a real difference.
