Silver Fern Farms Pareora have a 12-month fixed term opportunity for an experienced Employment Coordinator. This fast paced and broad role is part of our experienced team at our Pareora site in Timaru. As the Employment Co-ordinator, you will implement, maintain and facilitate good employment practices on site and be responsible for the coordination and delivery of people related initiatives and activities on site, including recruitment, selection and onboarding.

The role provides excellent support service to managers, applicants and employees and looks to continuously improve the service they deliver.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within HR or recruitment and bring energy and commitment to the role.

  • Able to present to groups in promoting our site
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff across all levels of the business and play a leading role in streamlining processes and activities that support skills and technical development adapted to the business needs
