Te Tūranga, About the Role: Silver Fern Farms Pacific (our Hastings site) has an exciting opportunity for an Employment Coordinator. This fast paced and broad role is part of our experienced team. As the Employment Co-ordinator, you will implement, maintain and facilitate good employment practices on site and be responsible for the coordination and delivery of people related initiatives and activities on site, including recruitment, selection and onboarding. Our ideal candidate will inspire absolute trust and confidence and enjoy adapting to ever changing priorities. The role provides excellent support service to managers, applicants and employees and looks to continuously improve the service they deliver. Ōu Pūkenga, About You: The successful candidate will have previous experience within HR or recruitment and bring energy and commitment to the role. * Successful experience with influencing others and proactively driving a strong culture that aligns with the Silver Fern Farms values – Unstoppable Together, Improving Tomorrow and Always Caring * Tech savvy, enjoys working with systems and processes including social media * Demonstrable organisational & planning skills * Good relationship building skills * High customer service focus * A problem solver with the ability to make timely and quality decisions * A good knowledge of employment and HR related law in New Zealand * Able to present to groups in promoting our site * Ability to work collaboratively with staff across all levels of the business and play a leading role in streamlining processes and activities that support skills and technical development adapted to the business needs Te Ahurea, Why work for Silver Fern Farms?
