SUMMARY:

The Employment Facilitator provides tailored support and resources to equip participants with the skills and confidence needed
to succeed in BC’s workforce. Through flexible, hybrid service delivery and strategic partnerships, this role delivers targeted
skills training, personalized career coaching, and employment readiness support, enabling participants to secure and sustain
meaningful employment opportunities.

ISSOFBC VALUE PROPOSITION

  • Expected Hiring Salary: $22.90 - $25.20 per hour. Dependent on education, training, experience, and internal equity.
    Wage grids are reviewed annually. We are a proud and certified Living Wage BC Employer. Our current total

compensation package continues to meet the requirements of living wages in BC to support our employees.

  • 105 hours of vacation and 35 hours of personal leave, pro-rated.
