Employment Facilitator – Full Time Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? Community Care Trust Aotearoa is long-standing not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting people with disabilities to achieve their goals and thrive in the workplace. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Employment Facilitator (Kaimahi Whakauru Mahi) to join our team in Invercargill (Waihōpai). About the Role (Mō te Tūranga): As an Employment Facilitator, you will work alongside people with diverse needs to help them become work ready. This is a rewarding role where every day is different, and you will: Provide one-on-one support and guidance to participants. Facilitate small group sessions focused on building skills for employment. Teach practical skills and confidence to support people in their journey to work. Build strong, positive relationships with participants, employers, and the wider community. What we are looking for (Ngā Pūkenga e Rapu Nei Mātou): Empathy, patience, and understanding of people with diverse abilities. Excellent communication and rapport-building skills. Flexibility to meet individual needs (role is primarily Monday–Friday). A full, clean driver’s licence. First Aid Qualification (Or be willing to complete one at our cost) Strong knowledge of the Waihōpai / Southland community, networks, and services. Experience in facilitation or community support (training will be provided for the right person).
