We are seeking a motivated and capable Employment Attorney to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position is ideal for an attorney with at least 2 years of litigation experience who is ready to take ownership of cases and develop their skills. Responsibilities include: * Drafting pleadings, mediation briefs, demand letters, and managing written discovery * Taking and defending depositions * Handling law and motion practice * Participating in mediations * Assisting with trial preparation and strategy A strong working knowledge of California civil procedure and employment law is required. Trial or second-chair experience is a plus.
