Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As an Employment Law Solicitor you will advise and represent clients on a wide range of contentious and non contentious employment matters. You will manage your own caseload, provide practical and commercial advice, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advising on all aspects of employment law including dismissals, discrimination, redundancy and TUPE
  • Managing a varied caseload of contentious and advisory matters
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and settlement agreements
  • Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings and managing cases through to conclusion
  • Conducting legal research and preparing detailed advice for clients
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business development activities
