We are a niche employment law service with a very different offering to the traditional law firms or large employment consultancies. We act almost like an in-house employment law and ER service, providing commercially focused employment law and employee relations advice along with tribunal representation, investigations, training, diversity & inclusion and e-learning solutions. We are passionate about understanding the needs of our clients and work closely with them in order to provide a unique integrated service delivery model.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an Employment Lawyer who shares this passion and is excited by the prospect of a varied workload, taking a pragmatic approach, innovating and contributing to commercial projects and business development.
You will have solid experience of advising a professional client base of HR teams in large organisations, possess an excellent knowledge of all areas of employment law with a practical approach to resolving employee relations challenges and a particular talent for tribunal advocacy. You will be experienced in working with Trade Unions and TUPE, along with contentious respondent matters and have the ability to balance competing priorities and time pressures. Training experience is desirable but not essential, more important is your willingness and ability to deliver innovative and engaging training experiences.
Whilst you will be home based, you will be required to travel to client premises and employment tribunals across the UK which will necessitate overnight stays.
