YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in a City or international law firm having worked on significant litigation mandates and with the ability to lead on running cases under the direction of the partners in the team.
  • Whilst having had litigation as a focus you will also have had broader employment experience advising clients and supporting colleagues on transactions and major projects.
  • High Court experience would be a nice to have but not essential.
Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

  • We are seeking an employment lawyer with a combination of contentious and non-contentious employment law experience, to join our team in London. You will have 4+ years post-qualifying experience. The team offers a mix of employment work; however, we are looking for someone who, whilst having that broad experience, particularly has good contentious expertise managing claims in the Employment Tribunal.
  • We have a flexible, hybrid working model that combines both office-based and remote work arrangements (3 days per week in the office minimum). We anticipate that this arrangement will remain in place for the foreseeable future.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

  • We are looking for a mid-level to senior lawyer to join our Employment Team in our London office. The role will involve the full range of employment law and HR support work (contentious and non-contentious) for a wide range of clients across all business sectors but with contentious work as a particular focus.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop close client relationships and undertake a major role in client work. From the outset you will be exposed to the highest quality work.
