Qualifications 4+ years of employment litigation experience Juris Doctor (JD) Degree with excellent credentials Candidate must be licensed to practice law in New York Exceptional writing, research, oral and written communication skills Key Responsibilities Experience working on employment litigation matters, including but not limited to EPLI matters Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates Taking and defending depositions Participating in mediations, court appearances, motion practice, and trials Why KD?
