We are seeking a dedicated Employment Officer to support participants in identifying their career goals and securing meaningful employment. This role involves working closely with program graduates, employers, and community partners to develop job opportunities that align with participants’ skills and aspirations and build a roster of employer and educational pathway opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proactive connector who can bridge the gap between workforce development training and successful employment outcomes.
