JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive Employment Officer to join our team. You will play a key role in creating employment opportunities for our learners by building strong partnerships with businesses and ensuring learners progress into sustainable jobs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in employer engagement, recruitment, business development, or similar role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work with diverse learners and employers to achieve positive outcomes.
• Knowledge of local labour market trends (desirable).
• Passion for supporting learners into sustainable careers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and national employers.
• Match learners to job opportunities, ensuring successful and timely job outcomes.
• Work closely with training teams to understand learner skills and career aspirations.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for learner job placements and employer partnerships.
• Actively source new employer opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and industry engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of employer engagement activity and learner outcomes.
• Represent iMeta Training at events, employer meetings, and networking forums.
