JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for someone to join our team who has fantastic customer service skills including but not limited to: Building Rapport, Conflict Resolution, De-escalations, and Explaining Difficult Concepts. Someone who can effectively explain our process to consultants (Some with strong personalities) and hold their hand if needed.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and with overall day-to-day guidance, coaching and support from the Operations Specialist Team. The Operations Specialist will be responsible in ensuring efficient and effective care for the entire associate lifecycle. The incumbent will work directly with Account Managers in managing associate care not limited to processing start and end dates, onboarding consultants and managing any specific administrative contractual requirements as needed. The Operations Specialist will provide associate care for the duration of the employment contract. Duties must ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Train on the new consultant onboarding process.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years’ work experience, some of which must have been in customer service and/or administrative support capacity.
  • Experience in the staffing industry is considered an asset.
  • Completion of Community College or equivalent preferred.

SKILLS & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with Job Diva or equivalent ATS system.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing with multiple levels of independent contractors and management.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to focus on client needs with commitment to quality, customer service and service level agreements.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
