A DAY IN THE ROLE INVOLVES…

  • Developing strong rapport to understand your participants’ needs, interests, skills and experience
  • Assisting with participants’ resumes, job applications and interview preparation
  • Identifying and assessing barriers towards employment and creating solutions to support them at work and ongoing
  • Creating job plans with our participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment
  • Increasing our participants’ employability through training and other support services
  • Sourcing employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential employers and community organisations
