  • Strong technology skills in Word, Excel, and databases

Responsibilities
  • Provide paralegal and administrative support for employment litigation, claims, and discovery processes.
  • Coordinate with local counsel, insurance adjusters, and third-party administrators for employment lawsuits.
  • Manage claims reporting, databases, and calendars to ensure compliance with deadlines and procedures.
  • Prepare and process subpoenas, settlement agreements, severance agreements, and payment requests.
  • Support immigration inquiries, vendor coordination, and other litigation-related administrative duties
