About the Organisation
Our client is a respected national industry association that supports businesses across Australia through expert workplace relations advice, advocacy, training, professional development, and member services. About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that delivers practical, commercially focused advice to members on a broad range of workplace matters. As an Employment Relations Advisor, you'll act as a trusted source of guidance, helping members understand their obligations, resolve workplace challenges, and make informed people management decisions. No two days are the same, with exposure to a wide variety of employment and workplace relations matters across different organisations and situations.
Whether you're building on an existing ER/HR foundation or bringing more established advisory experience, you'll be supported by an experienced team while continuing to develop your technical knowledge and advisory capability.
