You will lead ACC’s union relationships and bargaining activity, while providing trusted strategic advice to senior leaders and executives on high-impact employment relations matters.   Leading a small team of experts, you will take an enterprise-wide view of employment relations at ACC. You will shape ER strategy, policy and practice, lead complex bargaining across our union partnerships, and build the trusted relationships needed to navigate change, manage risk and support constructive outcomes across the organisation.   About you | Mōu You will be a senior employment relations leader with a strong track record of operating at a systems level in large, complex organisations. You will bring deep experience leading union bargaining, credibility with senior stakeholders, and a leadership style that builds trust, strengthens relationships and enables others to perform at their best. * A strong understanding of New Zealand employment law * Significant experience leading union bargaining and collective negotiations in large organisations * Proven ability to build and maintain strong, constructive relationships with unions, executives and senior leaders * Demonstrated people leadership experience, including leading specialist teams through complex and sensitive issues * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level * Technical depth and sound judgement in managing complex employment relations matters and organisational risk   Working at ACC | Mō ACC At ACC, we embrace the rich tapestry of Aotearoa New Zealand’s cultures and are dedicated to providing equitable opportunities.
