BRIEF

We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join our dynamic and collaborative Employment & Rewards team in Sydney. As part of a global team, you will work closely with partners, senior and junior team members to provide expert legal advice and representation on workplace-related matters, both litigious and transactional, and advise our clients to manage employment and safety risks.

As a Senior Associate in our Employment & Rewards team you will:

• advise clients on all aspects of employment, industrial relations, discrimination and safety matters, including employment contracts and workplace policies
• manage disputes and litigation in courts and tribunals
• advise on employment, industrial relations, discrimination and safety matters
• manage significant underpayment and other employment compliance reviews and regulatory matters
• assist clients with enterprise bargaining and managing industrial disputes
• advise on restructuring and the employment aspects of corporate transactions
• advise on safety compliance and response to safety and critical incidents
• conduct or advise on workplace investigations and employment and safety audits
• supervise and mentor junior members of the team
