We are working with a highly regarded firm looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will manage a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including:

  • Advising on redundancy, disciplinary issues, grievances, whistleblowing, discrimination, and detriment claims.
  • Defending Employment Tribunal claims.
  • Providing transactional support to Corporate colleagues.
  • Advising on TUPE in both public and private sector contexts.
  • Handling boardroom disputes and executive-level matters.
  • Advising on change and restructuring projects, consultation requirements, and changes to terms and conditions.
  • Supporting clients with industrial relations advice.
  • Contributing to business development through drafting articles, delivering training, and networking.

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in employment law.
  • Strong technical knowledge and proven experience managing your own caseload.
  • Previous mentoring or supervisory experience (desirable).
  • Excellent teamwork, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrable business development skills and ambition to help grow the London practice.
