The Employment Solicitor will have experience in acting for clients on all aspects of employment law in contentious and non-contentious.
The remit will include advising companies on managing employees and also directors and shareholders, taking claims through the Employment Tribunal process, settlement negotiations, advising on settlement agreements and supporting the commercial property department with advice on TUPE-related transactions.
The close-knit department of five staff is one of the strongest and well-respected Employment teams in Essex.
The successful candidate will host and speak at employment law seminars for local businesses and focusing on the combination of updating businesses.
