The Employment Specialist supports individuals with disabilities in gaining competitive employment. This position assesses skills; assists with career exploration, discovery and planning activities; teaches employment-related skills through pre-employment training; and provides on-the-job and retention supports. College coursework in human services or business-related field preferred. * Knowledge of individuals with disabilities required. * At least one year of experience working with individuals within the human services field preferred. * Experience working in employment services preferred. * At least one year of experience working in customer service or sales preferred. * Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required. * Driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation are required.
