Description Make an Impact in Your Community Magnify of Central Florida is looking for an engaging, creative, and flexible Employment Specialist to support both youth and adult participants in building skills, confidence, and pathways to employment. This is a unique opportunity to work across programs, lead hands-on activities, and make a direct impact in the community while maintaining a flexible, part-time schedule. In this role, you’ll support participants through a mix of youth and adult services, including: Leading career readiness and job exploration activities for youth (Pre-ETS) Supporting adults in maintaining employment and developing workplace skills Facilitating career camps, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences Engaging participants in meaningful, real-world skill building Traveling to schools, community sites, and employer locations Documenting services and tracking participant progress You’ll also help expand services into new areas over time, including evening or weekend programming as demand grows. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years of relevant experience Experience working with youth, adults, or workforce programs preferred Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities required Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus Requirements Ability to work up to 24 hours per week Primarily daytime availability, with flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends Valid Florida driver’s license Reliable personal vehicle with required insurance Ability to travel throughout Orange and Osceola Counties Successful completion of background screening and required clearances Work Environment Community-based role with no fixed office location Work may begin from home with travel to service sites (schools, community locations, employer partners)
