Employment Specialist Pilsen Wellness Center Chicago, IL Full-Time $44,000 per year Site 2316 South Damen Ave Chicago, IL 60608 Schedule Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Employment Specialist to provide high-quality case management services to individuals. The Employment Specialist ensures intake and assessment of participants, directs job seeking and retention skills; develops placement plans, makes partnerships and contacts in the community to help participants achieve and maintain employment. Responsibilities * Conducts intakes and assessment * Develop placement plans to help achieve and maintain employment * Maintain timely and accurate documentation * Provide educational, and advocacy services * Coordinate resources with internal and external providers * Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred * Driver License required * Experience in similar role preferred * Strong documentation and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits * Salary: $44,000 annually * 403(b) retirement plan * Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Ongoing professional development, including clinical supervision and virtual trainings About Us Pilsen Wellness Center is a community-based organization providing culturally responsive behavioral health and social services.
