ABOUT THE POSITION

Our Wests New Lambton site is currently seeking a Full time Emporium 88 Team Leader to join the catering team. Emporium 88 is a food and beverage outlet located on the ground floor serving great food to our members, fast! Menu includes pizzas, toasties, nachos and more to tame those late-night cravings. This opportunity is responsible and key to our front of house and back of house operations in our Emporium outlet. You will provide outstanding customer service whilst having previous experience preparing and cooking food. Duties will include:

  • Assist with the supervision of staff on-shift in their day-to-day duties
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to members and guests
  • Operating and balancing of tills
  • Preparing, cooking and serving food
  • Assisting in back of house operations
  • Ensuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed
  • Making barista coffee and hot beverages

Please be aware that this outlet does require a mix of day shifts and overnight shifts each week.
