Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the roadmap for enterprise application optimization to meet both business and corporate needs.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of critical applications (EMR, CRM, HRIS, POS) across a distributed network.
Lead large-scale deployments focused on clinical, financial, and operational improvements.
Facilitate the integration of cloud-based applications into a centralized data lake to enable robust Business Intelligence (BI) reporting.
Manage light ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations, including monitoring data flows and ensuring accuracy.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Ability to handle a diverse application landscape and reduce inefficiencies to streamline operations.
Comfortable managing diverse system functionalities such as clinical workflows, financial operations, HRIS, and POS.
Strong communication skills to engage with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
