We maintain professionalism, integrity, and commitment as we solve problems and make lives easier. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Lead end-to-end change request intake, impact analysis, and approval workflows. Facilitate the Change Control Board (CCB) process and maintain documentation of all approved changes. Coordinate stakeholder communication and adoption plans for all EMR releases. Establish and enforce governance standards for data integrity, workflow configuration, and system design within the EMR. Maintain traceability matrices for linking requirements, test coverage, and delivery outcomes. Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulatory standards and correctional healthcare guidelines (HIPAA, NCCHC) Define acceptance criteria and own the UAT strategy for all sprint releases. Coordinate clinical testers, track defects, and make go/no-go recommendations. Ensure all delivered features meet clinical and technical quality standards before deployment. Serve as Tier-1/2 escalation point for production support calls, triage, document, and drive resolution within defined SLAs. Partner with technical teams to diagnose and resolve EMR system issues. Identify recurring issues and champion root-cause fixes through the backlog. Translate clinical business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready backlog items. Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and developers across all Agile ceremonies. Demonstrate commitment and dedication to providing support and guidance in the development and deployment of initiatives designed to solve problems and make lives easier. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date strategic planning manual with continuity of BUS plan and goals. Perform all other duties as assigned. Develop and maintain end-user training materials including quick reference guides, job aids, and e-learning content for EMR features and updates. Coordinate and deliver role-based training sessions for new hires, upgrades, and new feature rollouts across clinical and non-clinical user groups. Partner with department leads and superusers to identify training gaps and ensure consistent adoption of EMR workflows. Track training completion, assess user competency, and report outcomes to leadership. Perform all other duties as assigned. Demonstrated experience leading change management processes in a clinical or regulated environment. Hands-on experience in an Agile/Scrum environment including writing user stories and managing backlog items. Experience owning UAT cycles including test planning, defect tracking, and release sign-off. Experience managing Tier-2/3 production support with strong documentation and escalation practices. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present to both clinical and executive audiences. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in a related field. EMR certification in relevant module (e.g., Epic certification). Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or healthcare interoperability standards. Experience Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Confluence. CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent BA certification. Prior experience in a lead or mentoring capacity within an analyst team.
