Join our team as an EMS Pharmacy Associate, where you’ll play a vital role in assembling and distributing emergency medical supplies to keep our EMS partners ready to respond at a moment’s notice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys logistics, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy, reliability, and teamwork. What You’ll Do Assemble emergency medical kits in accordance with LeeSar protocols. Distribute supplies to EMS vehicles, supply centers, and active stations. Maintain accurate delivery logs and update inventory usage in LeeSar systems. Support courier dispatch operations, including urgent “stat” deliveries. Maintain truck inventory and perform daily vehicle checks. Follow all LeeSar standard operating procedures, policies, and safety protocols. Collaborate with supervisors and EMS teams to ensure timely, accurate service. Minimum of two (2) years of related experience preferred. Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a DOT medical exam. Strong organizational and communication skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. Proficiency with computers, inventory systems, and office equipment.
