About the role Job Summary The Sr. Sales Engineering Specialist provides advanced technical support to the sales team and clients, ensuring that complex customer requirements are met with tailored solutions. This role plays a key part in pre-sales and post-sales activities. Key Responsibilities Lead technical discussions with clients and internal teams. Design and present complex solutions. Support RFP/RFI responses and technical documentation. Collaborate with engineering and product development. Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers. Ensure customer satisfaction through technical excellence. Stay informed on industry trends and innovations. Skills & Qualifications Typically a University degree and at least of 5-7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role. Deep technical expertise in relevant products or systems. Strong presentation and communication skills. Experience in customer-facing technical roles. Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
