Description: Key Responsibilities: - Write work orders for the EP-lab and ensure everything is prepared for emission testing. - Write work orders for the workshop. Collaborates with the workshop to ensure all necessary items are available, provides keys, and informs where the car can be found. - Update SW in test cars and ensure that the correct INCA setup and DCM: s are used during the tests. - Reads and analyzes fault codes in test cars using appropriate tools for the task and addresses these to the engineers. - Ensures aging is performed on the exhaust after-treatment system according to information from the requester. - Participate in technical meetings within the area of interest when needed. Skill requirements Technical Expertise: - Demonstrate solid knowledge of advanced mechanics and electronics in vehicles/rigs - Have good diagnostic skills and be up to date on the latest vehicle technology, including electrical and hybrid systems - Good understanding of how the software is structured in today's cars Communication: - Primarily in ongoing projects with project leaders. but also with external companies. - Plan and book workorders in workshops - Plan and book workorders for emission testing in laboratory. Educational background: - Education in automotive engineering in the Automotive with a focus on passenger cars Knowledge: - Experience from automotive industry in combination of advanced mechanics and electronics in vehicles/rigs - Knowledge of DSA, INCA, CANalyzer. Experience: - 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry in cars and rigs. Skills: - Analytic approach/experience - Ability to manage customer relations and provide good service - The tasks require great accuracy to ensure the safety and function of the vehicles. - The work is done in a team and requires good ability to collaborate - Understanding and using modern IT, including diagnostic tools and vehicle data management
