The Clare is recruiting for hospitality focused EMT/Security Manager to join our team!
The Security/EMT Manager is responsible for overseeing the safety, security, and emergency medical services. This individual will manage and supervise all security personnel, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), and security protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The Security/EMT Manager will also be the primary point of contact in emergency medical situations, and they will coordinate emergency responses, assessments, and treatment as needed.

HERE ARE A FEW OF THE QUALIFICATIONS WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience.
• EMT license.
• Prior experience in a security management role, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting.
• Strong understanding of security systems, protocols, and risk management strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and emergency response procedures in a long-term care setting.
