As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead the team to elevate guest dining experiences and bring our beachfront resort offerings to life. What is in it for you: Be part of a well-established five-star family beachfront resort in Tanjung Benoa, with a strong reputation in both local and international markets Access to Accor’s learning and development programs, providing opportunities to grow your skills, expand your knowledge, and build a long-term career in hospitality Grow your career through hands-on leadership exposure and cross-department collaboration within a dynamic resort environment Opportunity to contribute to community engagement and sustainability initiatives, aligned with our commitment to responsible hospitality in Bali What you will be doing: Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth and consistent service in a high-volume family resort environment Drive guest satisfaction and dining experiences, with a strong focus on families, leisure travelers, and beachfront moments Collaborate with Culinary and Sales teams to develop creative promotions, themed dinners, and engaging F&B experiences relevant to the Bali market Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency, while actively managing costs and revenue performance Build, coach, and inspire the team to deliver warm, genuine, and personalized service Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Proven leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations within a resort or upscale hotel, preferably in Bali or similar leisure destinations Strong guest-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt service styles to family, couple, and group segments Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and build strong relationships across departments Good understanding of local market trends and guest preferences in Bali Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance creativity and operational discipline Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Part-Time
