Job Description Prepare for shift by obtaining assignment sheet, attending meetings, and stocking trolley with necessary supplies and amenities. Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, restocking amenities, and thoroughly cleaning bathrooms. Respect guest privacy by following proper procedures when entering and leaving rooms, adhering to 'Do Not Disturb' signs. Report maintenance issues, guest concerns, and important information to the HK Supervisor for smooth operations. Provide professional and courteous service, anticipating and addressing guest needs promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, adhering to hotel standards and safety protocols.
