Job Description As a Receptionist (Day & Night) at Mövenpick Brussels Airport, you will be at the heart of the guest experience across both the hotel and Parking 21, in a dynamic airport environment. This role combines front office responsibilities with operational autonomy, requiring flexibility, reliability, and a proactive mindset across different shifts, including nights and weekends. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting both hotel guests and parking clients, and delivering a consistent, high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests with a professional and friendly approach Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Handle reservations, modifications, and no-shows in line with company standards Provide clear and relevant information about hotel services, transport, and local area Respond to guest requests, feedback, and issues in a proactive and solution-oriented manner Manage calls, emails, and administrative follow-up Process payments and ensure accurate cash handling Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are well maintained at all times During night shifts: ensure safety procedures, reporting, and basic operational continuity This position involves working independently during certain shifts and requires strong organizational skills. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality strongly preferred) Fluency in English and French or Dutch (both is a strong advantage) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Comfortable working under pressure and handling guest issues independently Reliable and punctual with a professional mindset Familiarity with Opera Cloud is an asset Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays Candidates must be eligible to work in Belgium.
