Job Description Reservations Agent: You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience they can expect upon arrival. What you will be doing: Manage reservations via phone, email, and online channels Communicate with guests prior to arrival Collaborate with the Front Office and other hotel departments Consistently offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service Ensure the best options for guests while maximizing revenue through up-selling Recommend hotel facilities and assist guests with information and special requests Handle room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and maintain accurate system data Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Guest focused personality is essential Additional Information experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus Job-Category: Default Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
