Job Description We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused English-speaking Server to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of service. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating knowledge of menu items and daily specials Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout service Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous and helpful manner Maintain a clean and organized dining area Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist in side work duties such as restocking supplies and cleaning Adapt to varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, when necessary Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Basic math skills for handling financial transactions Exceptional teamwork and collaboration abilities Excellent time management and multitasking skills Previous experience in food service or hospitality (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Food handling certification (may be required based on local regulations) Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of local cuisine and culture (beneficial) Additional Information Your team and working environment: In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the culture Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
