Job Description We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused English-speaking Server to join our dynamic team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you'll be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine care for customer satisfaction directly contribute to our success. Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner Take accurate food and beverage orders while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring quality presentation and guest satisfaction Maintain properly set and organized tables throughout service periods Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions with integrity Collaborate effectively with kitchen and support staff to ensure timely food preparation and seamless service delivery Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with courtesy, empathy, and problem-solving skills Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic dining area in compliance with all food safety standards Perform side work duties including restocking supplies, cleaning stations, and preparing the dining space Adapt professionally to varying environmental conditions, including Cairo's warm climate Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and willingness to support team members during peak service times Qualifications Good English communication skills, both verbal and written Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and etiquette Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Solid basic math skills for handling financial transactions accurately Exceptional teamwork and collaboration abilities with diverse team members Strong time management and multitasking skill set Physical stamina to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods Food handling certification (may be required based on local regulations) Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (preferred) Familiarity with local Egyptian cuisine and cultural dining customs (beneficial) Professional appearance and grooming standards Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations Excellent listening skills and genuine interest in guest satisfaction Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
