As Riverside continues to scale, enablement plays a critical role in helping our internal teams ramp quickly, stay aligned, and execute consistently. About the Role Riverside is looking for an Enablement Content Specialist to support the creation and maintenance of internal training materials. This is a execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys turning information into clear, engaging learning content. You’ll work closely with the Sales enablement team and cross-functional partners to help build, update, and organize enablement resources used by Sales, Customer Success, and other GTM teams. This role is content-heavy and hands-on, with an emphasis on learning the product and developing strong enablement fundamentals. Responsibilities: Enablement Content Creation Build and update internal enablement materials such as e-learning lessons, video walkthroughs, one pagers and more. Support the creation of onboarding and reboarding content for customer-facing roles. Help adapt existing materials into different formats (e.g., slides to guides, long-form to quick-reference). Content Maintenance & Organization Keep enablement content up to date as products, processes, and messaging evolve. Help organize and tag content so internal teams can easily find and use it. Ensure materials follow established enablement standards and templates. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in instructional design, content development, or a related role (preferably from Tech) Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. Comfort creating content in LMS systems and tools like Articulate360 or similar. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and take feedback. Interest in sales enablement, customer success enablement, or internal training.
