We’re looking for a customer-facing Enablement Engineer to lead technical engagement across the full customer lifecycle — from pre-sales and trials to onboarding, adoption, and upsell. The Enablement Engineer (EE) is a technical advocate for Appdome in pre-sales, trials, onboarding, and upsell engagements. This role partners with Sales and Service Delivery to demonstrate Appdome’s value, remove technical barriers, and enable prospects, partners, and customers to succeed with Appdome across their lifecycle. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Service Delivery, Product, and Partners to demonstrate Appdome’s value, remove technical barriers, and drive successful customer outcomes. What you’ll do Deliver technical demos and lead Proofs-of-Value (POVs) and trials. Translate customer business needs into clear technical scope and solutions. Lead onboarding workshops, training sessions, and go-lives. Support adoption and expansion by enabling new use cases and upsell opportunities. Act as a trusted technical advisor in customer and executive-facing discussions. Enable sales teams and partners with training, demos, and technical guidance. Requirements What you bring Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and security concepts. Experience leading customer-facing technical evaluations, trials, or PoCs. Ability to run workshops, demos, and onboarding sessions for diverse audiences. Comfortable influencing sales cycles without owning a quota. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
