Responsibilities

As the Enablement Manager, Sales Development, you’ll elevate the performance of our Global Sales Development organization in APJ. You’ll achieve this by crafting and delivering engaging learning experiences, contributing to strategic enablement initiatives, and identifying and resolving skill gaps. Your training will cover a wide array of essential skills, topics, and behaviors crucial for sales development representatives’ readiness and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and delivering impactful training, possessing strong sales acumen and expertise in learning design and e-learning tools. Ultimately, you’ll be instrumental in influencing stakeholders and championing the adoption of best practices within the sales development team.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Manager, Global xDR Performance Partners.
