What You’ll Do As a RevOps Enablement Specialist, you’ll lead the creation and delivery of high-impact enablement programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions teams, driving growth and optimizing client outcomes. In this role you will: Design and deliver innovative learning programs, workshops, and materials that empower teams to achieve revenue and client success goals. Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, and Advocacy to build joint enablement initiatives and support key milestones in the customer journey. Develop and manage certification and onboarding programs for continuous professional growth. Analyze and report on program effectiveness, using assessments, surveys, and feedback to drive improvements. Continuously improve training materials and enablement methodologies based on feedback and best practices. Lead mentorship and coaching programs to foster ongoing development. Take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs. Who You Are You have deep expertise in Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions enablement. You are experienced in instructional design, adult learning, and professional development. You have strong project management and strategic thinking skills. You are an excellent communicator and collaborator. You are results-driven, proactive, and adaptable. You have experience with K-12 online learning programs and Edmentum products. Job Application Deadline: November 15, 2025 Pay range for this role: $90,000—$125,000 USD At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
