The Enablement Trainer is expected to collaborate with Empower Personal Wealth peers and leadership to facilitate new hire training, manage administration for training, provide continuing education, identify training needs, maintain courses and programs (independently or in partnership with the instructional design team), and drive initiatives including setting high standards for maintaining current and consistent knowledge on training topics and technologies utilized by the enablement team. What you will do Facilitate learning solutions in-person and virtually, prepare plans according to adult learning theory and provide a high-impact, interactive environment Identify learning needs within assigned business units Develop professional, collaborative relationships with business unit leaders Act as a subject matter expert with the instructional design team to be consultative on implementing learning curriculum that is consistent with current trends, business updates, and best practices Collaborate with the instructional design team to assess, design, develop and maintain training solutions and components Track and analyze learning curriculum effectiveness through various evaluation techniques. Educate employees on the use of the Learning Management System, MS Teams, and other technologies Manage project resources (people and material) to ensure deliverables are completed in scope and on schedule Maintain current business knowledge; stay abreast of market events, investment product enhancements, and successful sales techniques in order to be up-to-speed on potential training topics Assume responsibility for ongoing development, researching training industry standards and best practices and embracing new technologies Coordinate logistics of training to include training room, attendance tracking, passwords, materials and supplies Ability to work an overnight shift What you will bring Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience 2 - 3 years of practical business experience with developing and delivering training solutions Strong motivational and interpersonal skills Strong presentation and classroom management skills Knowledge and experience in contemporary adult learning Intermediate skill level MS Word, MS Teams, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint Fluency in English FINRA Series 7 registrations required within established timeline FINRA fingerprinting required What will set you apart Certification in training and/or organizational development Knowledge and experience in the financial services industry Aptitude and desire to learn new tools and techniques quickly Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment We are an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity.
